Metro Transit is offering free bus and light rail rides from 10am- 5pm on Sunday April 19th through our Go Greener Pass. You can print the Go Greener Pass directly from this website (see below). Plan your trip using the Trip Planner. The new green buses will be servicing route 21 all day.
If you are dropped in downtown St Paul, the short walk across Wabasha Bridge to the island provides a great view of the kites and you can even hear the wind chimes across the river!
So give transit a try and do your bit on Earth Day to save the planet. Transit works for over a quarter of a million people each day. But look out - you risk getting used to the lowered stress levels and personal carbon footprint reduction.
