If you are dropped in downtown St Paul, the short walk across Wabasha Bridge to the island provides a great view of the kites and you can even hear the wind chimes across the river!

Handicap Parking: The north side of Water street by the main entrance.
General Parking: Pay lots are going to be open for the event. They will open about 1 hour-30 minutes prior to the event and close around 4:30p. Portions of O'Hage Boulevard are reserved for volunteers. There are no street closures for our event, and some street parking is available around Harriet Island.
Volunteer/Staff and Vendor Parking: In West and East Lots and on O'Hage Blvd. by permit only. There are a limited number of parking passes available at the Orientations. You will need the pass ahead of time to get into the lot. You may leave and return the same day with this pass. If you arrive without a permit, please park in any legal space or paid lots ($3-$10). Please also consider car-pooling, riding a bike, or taking the bus to the event.
GETTING TO HARRIET ISLAND BY BICYCLE
Dust off the bicycle and pedal down to Harriet Island to celebrate Earth Day. Bike Walk Ambassador program and Dero bike racks are providing free parking for 500 bicycles.
Bike parking: Near the playground on Plato Blvd. side.
