Kites provided, bring a windchime. Please don't bring your own kite. Artist made kites will be distributed in the Wishmaking Pavilion. You will be asked to return (recycle) your kite so that someone else will have a chance to fly another wish. Read a selection of past wishes.

Your windchime can be "checked" into the House to Touch the Wind. Don't forget to take it home again! We'll also have some fun artist-made chimes available to buy.

This is a rain or shine event so come prepared for the weather. The ground may be soggy. Wear sturdy shoes. Also be aware that the River could be high and turbulent. Access will be barricaded but please talk to children about staying away from the water.

Snacks and drink for sale: TBA

If you bring food and drink from home, please keep in mind that this is a Zero Waste event! See the picnic section for tips and ideas about how to pack an earth-friendly zero waste picnic.
